Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of terms

By accessing or using Tridax ("Service"), operated by Tridax Limited ("we", "us"), you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of service

Tridax provides cloud-hosted ERP, business management, and software-engineering tools. We may update or remove features at any time, with reasonable notice for material changes.

3. Accounts

You must provide accurate, current information when creating an account, keep your password secure, and notify us immediately of any unauthorised access. You are responsible for all activity under your account.

4. Subscriptions & billing

  • Paid subscriptions auto-renew at the end of each billing cycle unless cancelled.
  • You can cancel anytime from your dashboard. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
  • We do not offer refunds for partial periods, except where required by law.
  • Failure to pay may result in service suspension after 14 days notice.

5. Acceptable use

You must not use the Service to: violate laws; infringe intellectual property; transmit malware; harass users; or attempt to gain unauthorised access. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms.

6. Your data

You own all data you upload. We process it to deliver the Service and only as described in our Privacy Policy. We do not sell your data.

7. Intellectual property

The Service, including all software, designs, and content (excluding your data), is owned by Tridax Limited and protected by copyright and trademark laws.

8. Service availability

We target 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Scheduled maintenance is announced at least 48h in advance where possible. Enterprise customers have SLA-backed availability commitments.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Tridax shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages. Our total liability is limited to fees paid by you in the 12 months preceding the claim.

10. Termination

Either party may terminate at any time. On termination, you may export your data for 30 days; after that, we may delete it.

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. Disputes shall be resolved in Lagos courts.

12. Changes

We may update these Terms. Material changes will be notified by email at least 30 days before they take effect.
